My name is Matti Jänkälä. I am an architect based in Helsinki. My interests include modern built heritage, justice in urban development and studying the role of an architect in the era of the Anthropocene. I'm the other half of Vokal, an architectural practice founded together with Ella Kaira. In addition to Vokal I have co-founded two collective initiatives, the You Tell Me Collective and Art For All ry, both of which are part of my work in changing paradigms in the fields of architecture and art.
